    Everything is as described. including the clips that attach to the pants.
    Chain is light weight metal alloy that has been covered in a chrome like layer.

    I am very happy with the purchase.

    Everything is perfect as in the photo. The chain is metal, the spikes are plastic, you only need to hold the chain slightly with the tools or it breaks apart.
