Is free international shipping available ?

Yes. We deliver all orders for free worldwide. You have an option to choose between free and paid shipping on the checkout. Further information regarding shipping is provided on our Shipping Policy page.

Can I pay using credit/debit cards ?

For payments in EURGBP or USD we accept:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

You can also request for payment in the other available currencies (AUD, BGN, CAD, CZK, DKK, HKD, HUF, JPY, PLN, PHP, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB). Get in contact with us and we’ll arrange to send you a Stripe Invoice in order to pay in your preferable currency.

Do I need an account to create an order ?

No, an email address is all you need to start the order process. Though you do not need an account for ordering items from SLCTVE, we still recommend reaching out to out Support Team via Contact Form or Email (help@slctve.com) if you want to create an account on slctve.com. We do not allow front-end account registration to reduce spam, but we will happily create one for you.

Can I make changes to my order ?

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to make any changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to it, but we welcome you to contact help@slctve.com anytime.
