All SLCTVE purchases made directly on our website located at (slctve.com) are final sale and we are unable to accept returns or refunds on our products. In some cases, we may offer refunds if the items that were delivered to you are damaged. The refunded amount you may get for the damaged items will be less than the amount you paid during the checkout i.e. Your total checkout price minus(-) the service and transaction fees occurred during the process of purchase and return.
Please note: If your order has already been shipped and you try to cancel your order while it’s in transit, you may be refunded partially (i.e. your Total Checkout Price minus(-) SLCTVE’s inconvenience fees plus(+) shipping inconvenience fees and other service and transaction fees). You agree that the decision to accept or deny your partial refund in this type of situation is totally up to SLCTVE.
