Return and Refund Policy

All SLCTVE purchases made directly on our website located at (slctve.com) are final sale and we are unable to accept returns or refunds on our products. In certain cases, we may offer refunds if the items that were delivered to you are damaged. The refunded amount you may get for the damaged items will be less than the amount you paid during the checkout i.e. Your total checkout price minus(-) the service and transaction fees that occurred during the process of purchase and return. If there is a mistake on our part (For instance: If we are unable to deliver your order), your ordered amount will be refunded in full. In this case, we issue refunds for item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase of the item(s).

Please note: If your order has already been shipped and you try to cancel your order while it’s in transit, you may be refunded partially (i.e. your Total Checkout Price minus(-) SLCTVE’s inconvenience fees plus(+) shipping inconvenience fees and other service and transaction fees). You agree that you will not open a dispute or file a chargeback for the respective transaction and accept that the decision to accept or deny your partial refund in this type of situation is totally up to SLCTVE. Refund Policy for Digital Downloadable Products

As all Downloadable/Virtual/Digital products are intangible goods, therefore all digital sales/purchases/orders made directly on SLCTVE (hereby referred as slctve.com) are final sale and we are unable to provide any refunds for them.
