All SLCTVE’s sales are final.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
All purchases on the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
CANCLD LLC (on behalf of SLCTVE), herein referred as ‘SLCTVE.COM’ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at email@example.com and we will file a claim with our shipper on your behalf. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We require that you take pictures of the damaged packaging and/or product to include as part of your claim, as it is required by our shipper in order to refund the cost of the goods. If the claim is approved – usually within 5 days – your product will be replaced. Claims related to damage or lost shipments must be submitted within 15 days from the order is delivered, in order to be considered for reimbursement from our shipper.
